The IQPC series of safety summits are key events in the conference calendar and Tim Ingram has been invited to present at the 2015 event in Aberdeen. Tim will be discussing the nature of leadership, safety leadership and Mindful Safety Leadership, together with case studies of how to engage senior leaders in safety and how Mindful Safety Leadership can manifest itself in good business performance. Tim has been developing this concept for a number of years and is always keen to share his ideas and to explore ways of helping others to adopt and adapt these effective concepts.
